Fantastic Capsule Experience!
friendly staff extra privacy clean bathrooms
I appreciated the very friendly and helpful staff! The capsules provided extra privacy. This was a big plus. Clean bathrooms are definitely something i value, and they maintained them impeccably. It was a great place if privacy is a priority!
The heat in the capsule was a little bothersome. The fan in the pod seemed to make the temperature uncomfortably warm. It would be better if the fan was adjustable. This would help regulate the temperature.

The kitchen area has everything needed. Microwaves, plates, and utensils are available. They also provide water, tea, and basic seasonings ! It's very convenient.

The reception service was excellent. Michaela provided really good assistance. Her service was perfect. The staff helped with every question and request! The service was AMAZING!!!

The capsule had a comfortable bed and a nice duvet. I liked having a dimmable light with color options. The charging station for my mobile phone was useful. A personal locker was a great feature too.

The staff was friendly, always ready to help. My luggage was stored safely because it was too big for the lockers provided. The cleaning was thorough. It ensured the place remained super clean.
The capsule creaked whenever i moved. This noise sometimes disturbed my sleep.

The staff offered super help. They addressed my requests and favors . They prioritized customer satisfaction. I appreciate the clean bathrooms. The hostel theme is interesting with awesome light colours.
Capsules lack soundproofing. Sleeping proved difficult. The vent noise was constant when I wanted air circulation.

the hostel had a shared dining room with amenities. there was a fridge available for storing food. i found a microwave for heating meals. i also used the provided hot water, tea, and coffee.
the capsules are made of thin plastic, so every movement is audible. i could hear all sounds. the lockers also made loud noises when opened. this disturbed sleep at night, it was annoying.

the staff was nice. i was able to leave my backpack before check-in without charge. i also left it after check-out for a small fee. the reception remained open.

superb capsule experience
secure storage helpful staff local attractions
The location provided convenient access to local attractions. the staff was helpful. i made use of the locker for secure storage of my belongings. i also appreciated the cleanliness of the shared bathroom facilities. Everything seemed well kept.
sound insulation within the capsules was not sufficient. noise from adjacent capsules disturbed my sleep. i could hear other guests moving and talking.

friendly staff provided towels cheap material loud noise
the staff were friendly and provided towels, that was acceptable.
the capsules were constructed from a cheap material and any slight movement caused the whole structure to shake, this ended up disturbing other guests. every whisper was easily audible between capsules, so there was no noise isolation at all. i also noticed the luggage lockers made a loud noise when opened.
